Due to the dynamic development of the company, the Investment Process Management Company is looking for a candidate for the position:

Supervision Inspector in the electrical and teletechnical specialty, Wrocław

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Supervision and control of construction works
Analyzing and controlling budgets and schedules
Giving opinions and approving technical documentation
Drawing up, reviewing and approving contracts
Keeping all correspondence in the scope of performed duties
Control of construction and executive designs in terms of their compliance with applicable Polish and European regulations and standards
Analysis of individual design solutions, materials and devices with designers and architects
Control and approval of materials proposed by industry contractors
Analysis and planning of the construction process with the general contractor and industry contractors
Supervising works during the construction of facilities, quality control, correspondence with the general contractor and industry contractors
Performing the function of an Investor’s Supervision Inspector within the meaning of the Construction Law

REQUIREMENTS:

Higher education with a technical profile
Building qualifications for managing works without restrictions
Documented experience in such a position or similar
Very good organization of own work, independence in action and decision making
The ability to act effectively and efficiently
Accuracy and timeliness in the performance of duties
Knowledge of CAD and Office support
Fluency in reading and analyzing technical drawings communication
Resistance to stress and the ability to make decisions under time and task pressure
Category B driving license
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
Experience in the construction industry in the field of construction works (preferably housing)
Good knowledge of construction law standards and regulations
Communicative English will be an advantage
