SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supervising and monitoring the execution of construction works
• Analysing and controlling budgets and schedules
• Reviewing and approving technical documentation
• Drafting, reviewing, and approving contracts
• Handling all correspondence related to the duties performed
• Reviewing construction and execution designs for compliance with applicable Polish and European regulations and standards
• Analysing individual design solutions, materials, and equipment with designers and architects
• Checking and approving materials proposed by trade contractors
• Analysing and planning the construction process with the general contractor and trade contractors
• Overseeing construction works on facilities, quality control, correspondence with the general contractor and trade contractors
• Acting as Investor Supervision Inspector within the meaning of the Construction Law Act

REQUIREMENTS:

• Higher education with a technical profile
• Construction permits for managing works without limitations
• Documented experience in this or a similar position
• Excellent personal work organisation, independence in action and decision-making
• Ability to act effectively and efficiently
• Accuracy and punctuality in performing duties
• Proficiency in CAD and Office software
• Fluent ability to read and analyse technical drawings
• Strong communication skills
• Stress resilience and ability to make decisions under time and task pressure
• Category B driving licence
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Experience in the construction industry in the area of construction works (residential construction preferred)
• Good knowledge of Construction Law standards and regulations
• Communicative English will be an additional asset
